Food Waste Recycling (Composting)

Bexley is the first city in central Ohio to implement city-wide food waste recycling. It’s as easy as signing up and placing your bucket outside every Monday.

Recycling

The City contracts with Rumpke as our recycling hauler. Together, we work to ensure residents are able to recycle efficiently. Recycling only works when we all do it correctly.

Trash

While we am to reduce, reuse, and recycle, sometimes, we landfill is the only option. Following Rumpke’s disposal guidelines are important for the safety their employees; please review them below.

Yard waste collection an alternative disposal options when there are too many leaves to leave in the yard, too many pinecones to craft with, or too many sticks to repurpose.
